Products

Stacklift sells digital files (HTML/CSS design systems, DESIGN.md files) under personal and commercial use licenses, on a non-exclusive, non-transferable basis.

Pricing

Prices are listed in US dollars (USD), inclusive of applicable taxes. European VAT, where applicable, is handled by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record, in compliance with current regulations.

Payment

All payments are processed exclusively by Lemon Squeezy. Stacklift has no access to card details. Accepted payment methods are those offered by Lemon Squeezy at the time of purchase.

Delivery

Digital files are made available immediately upon payment confirmation via a secure download link provided by Lemon Squeezy.

License

Purchasing a Stacklift kit grants the buyer a perpetual, non-exclusive license to:

• Use the kit in unlimited personal and commercial projects
• Modify the kit to suit their needs
• Integrate the kit into projects delivered to clients

The following are prohibited: reselling the kit (modified or not) as a standalone product, and publicly redistributing the kit.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of an unresolved dispute, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
