Kit provision

Design systems (kits) sold by Stacklift are provided "as is", without warranty of fitness for any particular purpose. The buyer is responsible for integrating and adapting kits within their own projects.

Limitation of liability

Stacklift shall not be held liable for:

• Any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use or inability to use a kit
• Any compatibility issues with a particular framework, library, or technical environment
• Any loss of data, business, or revenue resulting from the use of the kits
• The quality or performance of content generated by AI tools from the kits

Intellectual property

Stacklift kits are original works protected by copyright. Their purchase grants a usage license as defined in the Terms of Sale, and does not constitute a transfer of intellectual property. Kit names (e.g. "Studio Noir") are original creations by earthmoon / Philippe Lambert.
