Refund Policy

Digital products and right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content whose delivery has begun with the consumer's prior express agreement — which is the case upon immediate download after payment.

Refunds for technical issues

A full refund is granted in the following cases:

• The delivered file is corrupted or cannot be opened
• The delivered content is manifestly inconsistent with the product description
• The download link is non-functional and the issue is not resolved within 48 hours

Process

To request a refund, send an email to contact@earthmoon.fr including:

• Your Lemon Squeezy order number
• The name of the kit purchased
• A description of the issue encountered

Requests are processed within 5 business days. Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
