Data Collected

Stacklift collects only the following data, and only with your explicit consent:

Anonymized browsing data via Google Analytics 4: pages visited, session duration, device type, country of origin (without full IP address). This data is collected only after cookie acceptance.

Stacklift does not collect personally identifiable data (name, email, address) except in the context of a refund request initiated by the user.

Purpose

Browsing data is used exclusively to measure site traffic and improve the user experience. It is not used for advertising purposes or shared with third parties for commercial ends.

Legal Basis

Processing is based on consent (Article 6.1.a of the GDPR). You may withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie consent banner.

Retention

Analytics data is retained for 14 months by Google Analytics, in line with the platform's default settings.

Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:

Right of access — obtain a copy of your data
Right of rectification — correct inaccurate data
Right to erasure — request deletion of your data
Right to object — object to processing
Right to portability — receive your data in a structured format
