Every kit,
same method.

Twenty kits, each visually unrelated to the next — built by a non-developer, with Claude, using one repeatable method. It is now published as an open-source plugin. Here is how it works.

The rupture axes

AI-generated design converges — same dark canvas, same accent, same fonts, same scroll. The method's core is an anti-convergence framework: before designing anything, commit to one deliberate break. Eight axes; four of them below, embodied by kits from the catalogue.

Two ways in

The same method, two starting points.

Create

Start from an inspiration

Decode a reference's real mechanism — never its surface styling — and build an original kit from it.

"Build a design kit from this inspiration: …"
Redesign

Start from your existing site

Keep your copy and your brand — rebuild the structure around one rupture axis. The redesign is built next to your site, your files are never touched, and its design.md lets your AI agent port it into your stack.

"Redesign my existing site — keep my copy, make it distinctive."

The process

01

Decode the starting point

Extract the real mechanism of your inspiration — or inventory your existing site and audit it against the axes. Never the surface styling.

02

Pick one rupture axis

Commit to a single deliberate break from default design. One axis per kit, never a diluted blend.

03

Forge an original identity

A dedicated palette and font pairing under hard taste rules: never Inter, never #000000, never the AI purple — or keep your brand locked and change only the structure.

04

Build a living site, ship a design.md

One self-contained HTML file with a signature gesture — plus the design.md any AI agent can adapt it from.

Use the method yourself

The full method — both entry points — ships as a free Claude Code plugin: the rupture axes, the taste rules, the design.md format, and Solar Draft as a complete example kit.

/plugin marketplace add earthmoon-app/stacklift-method
/plugin install stacklift-method@stacklift-method

Then ask Claude: "Build a design kit from this inspiration: …" or "Redesign my existing site — keep my copy, make it distinctive."
