Every piece starts as a gather — molten glass drawn from the crucible on a steel pipe. Too little and the walls go thin; too much and the form sags. The first three seconds decide everything.
No moulds, no machines. A steady breath, a charred block of cherry wood and the constant turn of the pipe. The glass remembers every hesitation — so we don't hesitate.
Straight from the bench into the lehr, where the glass cools by a few degrees an hour. Nine days later it comes out relaxed, stress-free and ready to outlive its maker.
Every vessel in the current collection was blown in this workshop, from the same furnace you just scrolled through. No two are alike; that is the point.
